PC.COM is committed to assisting providing our customers with technical advice at no cost.  We therefore welcome questions and queries on how to make your computing activities more rewarding, efficient and effective.  If we are unable to provide assistance with technical advice, one of our helpful sales representatives will provide you with contact information for one of our affiliated authorized technician who will be able to better inform you about your concern.  Please note that technicians may charge for this service. 

SPECIAL ORDERS AND PURCHASING OF COMPUTER ITEMS YOU CAN'T FIND IN BELIZE.
A major part of the services offered by PC.COM is specialized purchasing of equipment not available locally.  Whether it is a Dell Server or Networking Equipment, we can provide a quote within 1 day and have your equipment in Belize within 2 weeks....all at regular sales prices!  We do not believe in overpricing products because we do not have it in the store!!!.

Installation
 PC.COM will also install hardware bought from our store for the customer if this service is requested. (There may be a small charge for the installation).  If installation cannot be done immediately, we will refer the customer to one of our authorized technician who will be able to perform the service for you.  Please note also that warranty will only be honored if parts are installed by either PC.COM or one of our authorized technicians.

 

Repairs
 PC.COM offer repair services related to hardware and software problems.  Since we have most of the parts in stock, we can more quickly and effectively identify the problem and conduct the repair in less time and without the customer having to spend unnecessarily on parts they might not need. We also offer 1 month warranty on repairs conducted by the store.
