What is Priority Parcel Pickup:

Priority Parcel Pickup (PPP) is a Belmopan based Courier Service that will pick up your parcel or document at any address in the Belmopan area and will ship it to you using Tropic Air's delivery service.  We are a subsidiary of  PC.COM and provide the same quality and professionalism that PC.COM is recognized for.  We have partnered with Tropic Air to provide prompt and efficient pickup and delivery service for all you documents and parcels.  Our staff is motivated and ready to provide our pickup service to you or your company.

How it Works:

After confirming that your document or package is ready to be picked up in Belmopan, visit the Priority Parcel Pickup website at www.pc.com.bz/parcel and download the pdf Courier Form below.  Alternatively, you can call the PPP office at 822-2449 or 822-1504 and request a faxed copy of the form.  Fill out the form completely and fax it back to our offices in Belmopan at 822-1504 or email it to parcel@pc.com.bz 

It is important to fill all the field in the form to ensure a quick and easy pickup by our staff.  If you received a receipt or documentation to claim your parcel, please ensure that you fax that as well with the Courier Form.  If you have a Company Stamp or Seal, please authenticate the Authorization section by adding the seal or stamp to the form. 

PPP will use your authorization form to pick up the parcel or document and ship it to your desired destination using Tropic Air's delivery service.  You will be informed by email or by telephone when your package has been delivered to Tropic Air's Belmopan Office.  You pay at the Tropic Air Office upon receipt of the document.

Important: PPP's service charge is seperate and apart from Tropic Air's delivery Charge.  Please expect to be charged our standard rate of $25.00 per pickup plus Tropic Air's mail bag charge which is normally between $6.00 and $10.00 per parcel.

PARCEL -  refers to any package or document containing stationery or paper as the majority of its weight not exceeding 5 lbs.  Should you require us to pick up a package that does not fall within this description and weighs over 5 lbs., please check with us for pricing.
